He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Elizabeth Mullinax; and his granddaughter Vivienna Elizabeth Fuini. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Michelle Fuini and Stephanie Nicole Mullinax; the mother of his children Kathy Mullinax; his siblings, Mark, Kathy and Nettie; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alessandra, Zinnia, Evangaline, Chase, Hudson, Kolton, Brandon, Blair and Kathrine. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
