He was predeceased by: his sons, Charles Wayne Bradshaw and James Daniel Bradshaw; and his brothers, Billy Dan Bradshaw, Carl Bradshaw and Bobby Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Krystal Gayle Bradshaw Vernon (Chris), Allen Wayne Bradshaw and Gordon Lane Bradshaw (Brittany); his siblings, Ronnie Bradshaw (Barbara) of Abilene and Alice Reed Haley (Frank) of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Curt Bradshaw (Tara), Summer Moody (Kyle), James Crabb (Tammy), Mindy Kral (Brad), Dené Jones (Bryan), Gayla Mullins (Tyler), Abbye Forbus, Grayson Forbus and Waylon Jack Bradshaw; his niece Krystal; Fredia Snow (Hayden). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
