He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rutledge and Margie Mattes Rutledge; and his siblings, Reta Stowe and Roger Rutledge. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Jeffrey (Wendy), John David (Shandy) and Ronny; his brother Darrell Fox; and his grandchildren, Katy, Coy, Sidney, Jake, Josh, Harley Gwinn and Ryan Gwinn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
