She was predeceased by: her husband David E. Price; her son Gary Allen Price; her parents, Roy Charlie Walker and Jewell Lipe Walker; her siblings, Joann, Billy Walker and Paul Walker; and her grandchildren, Kelly Marie Price and Elizabeth Ann Price.

She is survived by: her son David Michael Price (Judy Ann Bowman); her grandchildren, David "Dave" L. Price (Misti Moore Price) of Denver, Colorado, Robin Elizabeth Price (Scott Lowry), Gary Olen Price (Jeanne Price) of Humble, Texas and Vicki La Moyne Price; and her great grandchildren, Emily Denise Price, Marshal Allen Walker Price, Garrett Alan Price Pender, Evan Ford Price, Kyler Preston Ramos, Isabelle Moonstar Ramos and Kelly Jewell Ramos. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
