He was predeceased by: his father Olen Wayne Shasteen; his nephew R. J. Long; and his great-nephew Kason Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Nickie Ann Shasteen (Myers) of Ravenna; his siblings, Kelly Shasteen Long of Choctaw, OK and Greg Shasteen of Carrollton, TX; his siblings' children, Shelby Long (Korla), Cody Long, Skylar Long (Mary) and Mykell Simmons (Quinton); his great-nephew Kai; and his great-nieces, Skylee, Faith and Sunny.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
