She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Leonard Mutz and Lucille Mutz (Champagne); her brothers, Eugene, Gary and Harvey Mutz; her sons, Jerry Chappell (Samantha) and Charles Chappell (Rhona); her sisters, Norma Kelly and Sandra Ivey; her grandchildren, Reagan Chappell (Penni), Savannah Chappell, Cameron Chappell, Jake Chappell, Connor Chappell, Hagen Chappell and Keidi Chappell; and her husband Clark Thomas Chappell (C. T.). She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
