She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Jose Rivera and Eugenia Rivera (DeLeon); her siblings, Reynaldo Reyna and Librada Marquez; and her children, Rodney Ray Rivera and Lisa Jean Tijerina.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 23rd 2021 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Duddlesten Funeral Home (604 W Hidalgo Ave, Raymondville, TX 78580). A prayer was held on Tuesday, February 23rd 2021 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 24th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
