She was predeceased by: her father Alfredo Puga; and her siblings, Alfredo Puga Jr. (Rosa) and Nelda Rivera. She is survived by: her husband Ray Salazar; her children, Steven Salazar (Kimberly) and Cristina Salazar; her grandchildren, Ruben Salazar and Charlee Martinez; her mother Beatrice Puga; and her siblings, Rene Puga (Maria), Melba Puga, Imelda Villegas (Salvador), Gilberto Puga (Elizabeth), John Puga (Susan) and Maricella Hernandez (Rey). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
