Duncan of Red Oak, Texas, born in Mount Vernon, Missouri, who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvin Noltensmeyer and Myrtle Noltensmeyer (Burns); and her siblings, Wallace Noltensmeyer and Betty Gayer. She is survived by : her children, Sheila (Mark Brady) of Shreveport, Michael Duncan of Costa Rica, Mickie Duncan of Red Oak and Lori Lentz of Red Oak; and her sister Neva (Duke Polizzi) of Petaluma, California. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
