He was predeceased by: his parents, James Spivey and Thelma Spivey; and his brother Glen Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Eva Spivey of Redwater, Texas; his children, Tracey Spivey (Melissa) of Texarkana, Amanda Spivey of Redwater and Jacob Spivey (Lindsey) of Redwater, Texas; his grandchildren, Alyssa Spivey, Reece Waddell, Emma Waddell and Henry Spivey; and his great grandchild Everley Spivey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapelwood Funeral Home (1015 N Kings Hwy, Nash, TX 75501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
