It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Lewis of Refugio, Texas, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Johnny Lewis and Ina Ray Lewis; his nephew Clifford Lewis; and his grandchildren, James and Erica King.
He is survived by : his wife Rose Lewis of Refugio, Texas.; his children, Philip Lewis II, Jordache Lewis of Houston, James King (Tamara) of Refugio, Ray King (Tina) of San Antonio, Edward Bess (Julie) of Brazoria, Joe Edward Williams Jr. of Refugio, Texas., Kimberly Morin (Eric) of Beeville and Heaven LeGrace Lewis of Refugio, Texas.; his siblings, John Ricks of Mansfield, Texas., Bennie Mae Terrell (Keith) of Woodsboro, Billie Joyce Battles (Thaddeus) of Round Rock, Barbara Green of Woodsboro, Willie B. Green of Woodsboro and Audrey Brown (Gary D.) of Austin, Texas.; and his aunt Rosetta Anderson of Woodsboro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
