He was predeceased by : his parents, Winston Richey and Ruth Watson Richey; and his brother Winston Richey, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Richey of Reklaw, Texas; his children, Allen Richey, Jr. of Richmond, Tracie (Lamelle Hunter), Patricia Martinez-Richey of Reklaw, Joyce Flores of Pasadena and Brenda Cerda; his sister Theresa; his brother-in-law Ron Dancer of Porter, Texas; and his grandchildren, Jared, Angelica, Valeria, Cecilia, Maricela, Galdina, Cassandra and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Great Grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews.
