He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alton, Marion, Odell, Jerry Yancey, Imogene Searle and Margaret Isabell Yancey.
He is survived by: his wife Delma Yancey of Reklaw; his children, Michael Yancey of Houston, Ray Austin Watson (Leslie) of Burleson, Debra Cox of Arlington and Terry Watson (Sonia) of Rosharon; and his siblings, Ralph "Buck" Yancey, Max (Helen Yancey), Betty (Bill Tullos), Willie (Carolyn Yancey), Sherry (Gerald Cumby) and Sarah (Mike McCoy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
