She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Edward Reid and Edith La Rue Spurgeon; and her brothers, Rex Warren Reid and William Henry "Billy Bo" Talkington, III. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharla Allen and Rebecca Richardson; and her grandson Shae Harp.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the Rice Cemetery (10012 N Dresden, Rice, TX 75155).
