He was predeceased by: his parents, George McNeese and Mary Ingram McNeese. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Harris McNeese; his children, Cherilynne McNeese Ramsey (Rodney) of Bacliff, Texas and Randy Lee McNeese; his grandson Holt Ryan Owen (Stephannie); and his great grandchildren, Kreed Hollis, Knox Jackson and Kross Brecken of Amarillo, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
