He is survived by: his wife Helen Lavern Yates; his son Bryan Harley Yates (Leslie); his granddaughter Shawna; his great grandchild Ava; his sister Virginia Herrera; his children, Tyler Collins, Brandon Burrow and Amber (Dusty Brooks); his granddaughters, Emma and Lyla; his brother-in-law Roy Perkins; and his nephews, Kevin, Greg and Clint Perkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
