He is survived by : his wife Virginia Nolen Cook of Plano; his children, Hermon Cook (Michele) of Georgia and Rosemary Cook (Kelly Atkins) of Texas; his grandchildren, Christopher, Michael Adcock (Brenda Harkrider), Julianna, Jacqueline and Ryan Cook; and his great grandchild Hannah Harkrider. He is also survived by his wife, family, and his friends.
