He is survived by: his sons, David Sullivan (Debbie), Raymond Sullivan (Victoria), Lewis Sullivan (Shelly) and Scott Sullivan (Blakley); his grandchildren, Josie (Casey), Miranda, Matthew (Raeann), Jacob, Rebecca, Anna, Lizzy, Caden, Brady and Cassidy; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Brooklyn and Benjamin.
