He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Bessie Kruse and Viola Bessie Filipp; and his brother Gus Filipp. He is survived by: his wife Lena Filipp; his son Jason Filipp; his daughter-in-law Misty Filipp; and his grandchildren, Grace Filipp and Heath Filipp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471).
