He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Alma Atkinson Werner and Charles Henry Werner; and his brothers, Eugene Douglas Werner, Frederick Lloyd Werner and Charles Godfrey Werner (Ruth Isabel Werner).
He is survived by: his children, Harold Lloyd Werner (Linda) and Deborah Suzanne Fuqua (Bill); his sister-in-law Betty Werner; and his grandson James Lloyd Werner. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
