She was predeceased by : her parents, Bessie Miller and Eugene Miller; and her siblings, Eugene Jr., Nancy, June and Kathy.

She is survived by : her husband Tim Hayes; her children, Jason Clark, Stephen Hayes (Shelby Joe), Chandra McFarlen (Doug McFarlen) and David Hayes (Claire Robinson); her grandchildren, Luke, Joe McFarlen and Charlie Hayes-Robinson; and her brother John Miller (Cheryl). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
