She was predeceased by : her parents, George Spradlin and Louise Spradlin; her daughter Karla Sue; her sister Bobbie Swank (Morris); and her grandson Troy Kunkel.
She is survived by : her daughters, Kathy Kunkel (Russ) and Karol Kuehl; her grandson Kris Kunkel (Kim); her great grandchildren, Dean and Paisley; her granddaughter Kristal Mathis (Ricky); and her great grandchildren, Rylee and Kyler.
