It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alicia Hilda Cruz of Rio Grande City, Texas, born in Edinburg, Texas, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Luis Garza and Amparo Guzman Garza. She is survived by : her husband Anselmo Cruz; her sons, Abraham Ortiz and Ricardo Ortiz Jr.; and her stepdaughters, Elsa Cruz Suggs and Eve Cruz. She is also survived by grand-children, great-grand-children and many cousins, nieces, nephews.
