With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernarda L. Hernandez of Rio Grande City, Texas, born in Garciasville, Texas, who passed away on January 14, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arturo Luera Sr. and Beatriz Rodriguez; and her husband Enemecio Hernandez Chacon. She is survived by: her children, Francisco Javier Rios, Norma Lee Rios, Annette Rios Banuelos and Erika Rios. She is also survived by loving 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
