It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Abundiz of Rio Grande City, Texas, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Reymundo Abundiz and Dionisia Alonso. He is survived by : his wife Celia Rivera Abundiz; and his children, Ana Galvan, Jose Carlos Abundiz and Celia Abundiz. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
