He is survived by: his wife Elda Alvarado; his children, Mario Alvarado (Michelle), Monica Lopez (Isaac) and Myra Carrales (Jaime); his grandchildren, Nicole Lowe (Jonathan), Meagan, Kelsie, Mia, Julianne and Joshua; and his sister Maria Margarita Soto. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
