He is survived by : his wife Elva D. Diaz; and his children, Norma I. Garza, Ismael Diaz Jr., Ubaldo Diaz II, Maricruz D. Cantu and Isabel Cristina Diaz. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends.
