He is survived by : his wife Annette Stevenson; his children, Cayce Stevenson of Georgetown, Texas and Scott; his daughter-in-law Holly Stevenson of Georgetown, Texas; his grandchildren, Elias, Graham and Willow Stevenson; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Gary Maisel of Beeville, Texas; his brothers, David (Julie Stevenson), Mark (Joyce Meyer) of Texas and Marvin (Byrona Meyer); his siblings-in-law, Chris and Hollie Dunham of Moss Beach, California; his uncle Allen; and his aunt Jane Tipps of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by 8 nieces, 4 nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews, and 18 cousins.
