He is survived by : his parents, Morris Tolbert and Robbie Tolbert (Carder); his wife Mari of Rising Star; his children, Byron Philip Tolbert (Melanie) of Dallas and Lisa Ann Potter (Richard) of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Clay Werner, Clint Tolbert, Charles Low and Mason Tolbert.
