He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Ray and Birdie Ellen Miller (Jones); and his sister Pamela Sadler. He is survived by : his mother-in-law Carolyn Jane Dean; his wife Carolyn Jane Miller; his stepson Donald Dean of Fort Worth, Texas; and his sister Dianne Winterrowd of Fort Worth Texas. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
