She was predeceased by: her father Onesimo L. Rodriguez; her husband Amando Cantu; the father of her children Arturo Perez; and her grandson Onesimo Lerma. She is survived by: her mother Olivia Villareal; her children, Maryann Cantu (Jamie), Arturo Perez (Nellie), David Perez, Katherine De Leon (Ernest), Joseph Perez (Laura) and Michael Cantu; and her close friend Helen Carol Rodriguez. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary (205 General Cavazos Blvd, Kingsville, TX 78363). A rosary will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:15 AM.
