It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmira Evans Mason (Robinson, Texas), born in Cameron, Texas, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Pearline Johnson; her husband Reverend Robert Mason; her siblings, Jasper Johnson, Rosaline Franklin, Henrietta Haynes, Ricky Franklin and Cornelius Johnson (Sam); and her grandson Kenneth Evans.

She is survived by : her children, James Williams (Chantal) of Kyle, TX, Jimmy Williams (Rachel) of Columbus, GA, Travis Evans (Kimberly) of Atlanta, GA and Zenia Evans of Waco, TX; her grandchildren, Janytra, Tiffany, Christine, Nina, Jasmine (Jeremy), Jamahl, Jalen, Ariel, Aleah and Megan (Alex) of Kaleb, TJ; her great grandchildren, Uriah, Jayson (Amari), Jakory, Aaliyah, Jeremiah, Jeremi and Kaden; her great great grandchildren, Jayce, Amaréan, Alijah and Jiya; and her brothers, Thomas Johnson and Benjamin Franklin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
