He was predeceased by: his parents, Bettie Jean Taylor Ellis and Cecil Ellis, Sr.; his wife Janetta; and his brother Cecil Ellis, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Heather Ellis, Tiffany Ellis Saulters (Jason), Lyndsey Ellis Sutton (Scott), Jordan Ellis Notgrass (Keith) and GinnyLee Ellis; his brothers, Kent Ellis and Brooks Ellis; and his grandchildren, Luke Saulters, Ethan Notgrass, Ella Sutton, Livi Sutton, Henry Sutton, Haddie Sutton and Ruthie Sutton. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and was an amazing grandfather, numerous nieces and nephews.
