He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Earnest Slone and Tuppy Lee Priddy; his daughter Melani Burkhart; and his siblings, James Slone, Fay Poe and Betty McMillian.
He is survived by : his wife Doris Elane Slone; his children, Bobby Slone (Kim) and Cynthia Kras; and his sisters, Rose Doyle and Peggy Clark. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
