He was predeceased by : his parents, Xavier Dean Williams and Vesta Williams; his wife Millie Sue Williams; his sister Deana Williams Burkes; his granddaughter Kimberly Williams; his great grandchild Felicity Shauda; and his daughter-in-law Lellaine Williams.
He is survived by : his children, Rickey W. Williams (Debbie) of Rochelle, Randy D. Williams of Rochelle, LaVonda Vering (Don) of Fort Stockton, Caroline Williams of Midland, Ed Robison (Mandy) of Lubbock and John Robison (Angie) of Arkansas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
