She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Erby Howard and Fay Howard (Capps); and her siblings, Bill Howard and Darlene Elliot (Howard). She is survived by : her husband Buford P. Mitchel of Salt Tap; and her children, David P. Mitchel (Janene Mitchel) of Rockdale and Cynthia Ann Mitchel of Elgin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Alzheimer Research or Cancer Research.
