He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Mireles and Jose Mireles; his brother Ernesto; his granddaughters, Mila Rae and Devynn Julia Proctor; and his nephews, Mauricio Mireles and Brandon Rivera.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Mireles; his children, Heidi Proctor (Chauncey) of Rockdale, Nathan Proctor (Marsha) of Houston, Reginald Bailey of Houston and Philip Proctor (Haley) of College Station; his grandchildren, Sean Salazar and Nataly Hernandez; and his siblings, Raul Mireles, Adan Mireles, Victor Mireles, Juan Mireles, Arturo Mireles, Chela Mireles and Lourdes Mireles. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in laws, many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home (1041 US-79, Rockdale, TX 76567-4513).
