He was predeceased by: his parents, Donieciano Garcia and Josephine Dominguez; and his brothers, Daniel and Felix Garcia Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Garcia; and his children, Butch Garcia, Rose Ann Smyeson, Mary Jane Sifunetes and Melissa Turpin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren, alongside numerous aunts, uncles, and a legion of friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Charlie Marshall Funeral Home (814 E Main St, Rockport, TX 78382). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the Fulton Cemetery (316 Myrtle St, Rockport, TX 78382).
