He is survived by: his wife Florence Higgins; and his children, Pattillo Higgins of Sutherland Springs, TX, April Higgins of San Antonio, TX and Jack Higgins of Bothell, WA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
