She was predeceased by : her parents, Agapito Franco and Casimira Castillo Franco; her husband Ruperto Peña Sr.; her son Raul Peña (Roy); her siblings, Elia Rivas, Esther Aguirre and Agapito Franco Jr.; and her nephew Agapito "Pete" Franco.
She is survived by : her sons, Shearing and Fencing; her sisters, Ernestina Quirino, Elva Torres, Juanita Rocha, Elena Villarreal, Idalia Conring, Ermelinda Gomez and Sarah De Leon; her children, Rachel (Nick Gallegos), Romelia (Connie Robinson), Robert (Cris Peña) and Ruperto Peña Jr of Junction; her grandchildren, Rosemary Olson, Rosalinda Stornelli, Roman Peña, Frankie Ortiz, Romelia Hopper (Mel), Freddie Ortiz, Toby Ortiz, Alisha Skitt, Felisha Anderson, Robert L Peña, Rachel Mahoney, Roy Peña, Ruth Peña, Regina Peña and Rupert Peña, III; her great grandchildren, Adrian, Robert, Brightly, Zoe, Deatra, Nicole, Frankie, Marlee, Rylee, Jacob, Johnny, Jordan, Justice, Josiah (Joey), Joel, Jaydon, Jesse, Carmen (CJ) and Elida Christine; and her great great grandchildren, Nicholas and Rawlings.
