He is survived by : his children, Francisco Torres, Jr. (Isabella Torres) and Michelle Sepeda; and his siblings, Shelia Avila (Ray) of Rocksprings, TX, Priscilla Rocha (Juan) of San Angelo, TX, Guadalupe T. Perez (Jesus Jimenez) of Rocksprings, TX, Martina Falcon (Chris) of San Angelo, TX and Robert Torres (Yolanda) of San Angelo, TX. He is also survived by numerous grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
