He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Oscar and Pearl Mooney Howell; his daughters, Kathleen and Dianne Howell; and his siblings, Jean Clark and Margie Peoples.
He is survived by : his wife Rachel Howell; his children, Steve Howell (Susan), Paul Howell (Alicia), Brian Howell and Cheri Anderson (Shane); and his grandchildren, Daniel Howell, Katherine Howell, Jennifer McCowan, Michael David Howell, Tim Howell, Paul Michael Howell, Abigail Walker, Katie Lopez, Charlie Howell and Trevor Anderson. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Charles' name.
