He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean Johnson, Glenn Johnson, Robert Heathcock Sr. and Janet Gross; and his father-in-law Michael Knowles.
He is survived by: his parents, Steve Johnson and Carol Johnson; his wife Brooke Johnson; his brother Chad Johnson (Dawn); and his sibling's children, Cathan Steven Johnson, Colt Aaron Johnson, Crew Clint Johnson and Avery Azeneth Bullion. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, family members and dear friends.
