He is survived by: his mother Zulema Montalvo; and his siblings, Rene Montalvo (Guillermina), Jacinto Montalvo Jr. (Gracie), Daniel Montalvo, Adan Montalvo (Maria), Carmen Delgado (Luis), Susie Wenzel (Chris), Sara Perez (Larry) and Imelda Acosta (Eddie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
