He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Watt and Odessa Watt; his siblings, Pearlee Nelson, Mittie Ann Horton, Elious Watt and Robbie Nell Andrews; and his children, Margret Ann and Earnest Bernard Watt.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret Ann and James Bernard Watt; and his sister Dessie M. Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; three (3) grandchildren, and a host of cousins and friends.
