As Antonia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Antonia. Though Antonia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustin Reyna and Euphemia Rodriguez Reyna; and her spouse Jeronimo Portillo Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Daniel R. Portillo (Lisa) of Waxahachie, Luis R. Portillo (Holly) of Rosebud, Jeronimo R. Portillo Jr. of Midland, Ben R. Portillo (Connie) of Rosebud, Teresa R. Portillo (Vicki) of San Antonio and Patricia P. Bowman (Orin) of Killeen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home (111 2nd St, Rosebud, TX 76570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Ann Catholic Church (111 2nd St, Rosebud, TX 76570).
