He was predeceased by: his parents, Oxsheer Rice and Ella Reimer Rice; and his spouse Geralann Polk. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Rice of Marlin and Jeff Rice (Sheila) of Cookeville; his stepsons, Darrell Polk (Robin) of Wilderville and Donnie Polk (Tami) of Airville; and his sister Mary Ann Hurst of Clifton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
