He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Portillo and San Juana Castilleja Portillo Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Joe Portillo of Bellmead, Paul Portillo of Waco, Rosendo Portillo of Hillsboro, Robert Portillo of Speegleville and Epifanio Portillo of Rosebud.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home (111 2nd St, Rosebud, TX 76570). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church.
