She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kuban Sr.; her parents, John Blinka and Rosalie Blinka (Kaspar); her brothers, Milton Blinka, Alvin Blinka, Johnny Blinka and Jerry Blinka; and her son-in-law Timothy Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Kuban, Jr. (Sharon) and Shirley Hlavaty (Jack); her grandchildren, Blake Kuban (Krystal), Melissa Holik (Clifton), Amanda Raska (Chase), Matthew Todd (Amber) and Sage Hlavaty (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Shelby Kuban, Hailey Kuban, Kynlie Kuban, Karlie Kuban, Madisyn Holik, Callen Holik, Cash Raska, Emersyn Raska, Rowan Todd, Summer Hlavaty, Nick Wells and Conner Wells; and her siblings, Willie Mae KuyKendall and Sidney Blinka. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
