He was predeceased by: his parents, Olivia Cervantes and Faustino Montalbo, Sr.; and his siblings, Rosita, Faustino Montalvo, Jr., Jessie Montalbo, Guadalupe Montalbo and Joe Daniel Montalbo.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rosa Garcia (Domingo, Sr.) of Angleton, Mary Jasso of Bay City and Manuel Montalbo (Linda) of Batesville, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
